The role is within a successful, global company that thrives on the mission to help people live a better life. Positioned in the company's European headquarter in Basel, Switzerland or alternatively with the European team in Hammersmith, UK, your role is to support the transition process towards a digital enabled future of the company that is already operating in more than 20 countries globally.

Your Career

As the Manager Customer Journey you will be leading the development and improvement of the Customer Journey of current and future customers. By constantly optimizing the extensive landscape of touch points the goal is to early identify pain points and consequently align digital activities along the customer journey in the context of the overall digital strategy:

  • Identity business opportunities by starting first with customer pain points and a relentless focus on solving them
  • Ongoing development of the customer journey, defining and optimizing customer touchpoints
  • Sourcing of new opportunities to enhance the customer journey
  • Balancing customer feedback and KPIs with the strategic objectives
  • Constant development, testing and adjusting of new touchpoints
  • Development of dashboards and transparency increasing tools to support a test-driven culture
  • Coordinate conversion oriented activities (Affiliate, eCommerce, etc)

Your Profile

The successful candidate is highly experienced in working with a team of digital experts, holds a university degree, gained professional experience in the digital area (startups, digital units, intrapreneurial) of consumer centric brands, and is fluent in German and English. In line with our client’s values, you are an excellent fit if you combine the following traits:

  • Proven track-record of managing customer journeys
  • Advanced analytics and data driven insight generation
  • Prototyping & rapid testing environments
  • Agile project management
  • Partnership / collaboration management
  • Project coordination and time management
  • Performance tracking
  • Coordination and management of external partners (agencies, IT developers, etc)
  • Customer acquisition initiatives (affiliates, SEA, etc)
  • Understanding of digital business models, digital transformation, digital strategy, technologies & marketing
