Positioned in the company's European headquarter in Basel, Switzerland your role is going to be to lead the transition process towards a digital enabled future of the company that is already operating in more than 20 countries.

Your Career

As the Manager Franchise Partner Journey, you will be leading the development and improvement of the Franchise / Distribution Partner Journey. Together with the local sales teams you will be accelerating and securing growth of the distributor partner community in Europe. By constantly optimizing the extensive landscape of touch points the goal is to early identify pain points and consequently align digital activities along the distributor journey in the context of the overall digital strategy:

  • Develop and monitor metrics/dashboard that demonstrate the impact of distributor relationships, strengthen the relationships to achieve their intended goals
  • Ongoing development of the Franchise Partner Journey, defining and optimizing partner touchpoints
  • Sourcing of new opportunities to enhance the Franchise Partner Journey
  • Support the partners in the adoption of new technologies and create value added benefits along the Touchpoints
  • Ongoing campaign analyses, performance tracking and benchmarking
  • Design and implement guidelines and toolkits for the partners

Your Profile

The successful candidate is highly experienced in working with a team of digital experts, holds a university degree, gained professional experience in the digital area (startups, digital units, intrapreneurial) of consumer centric brands, and is fluent in German and English. In line with our client’s values, you are an excellent fit if you combine the following traits:

  • Proven track-record of managing independent distributors or franchisees
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking
  • Agile project management and prototyping
  • Franchise development and collaboration
  • Partnership / collaboration management
  • Project coordination and time management
  • Coordination and management of external partners (agencies, IT developers, etc)
  • Understanding of digital business models, digital transformation, digital strategy, technologies & marketing
