At Bloom Partners, we live and breathe digital. For one of our clients in the health and lifestyle market we are looking for a Project Manager Business Intelligence. The role is within a successful, global company that thrives on the mission to help people live a better life. Positioned in the company's European headquarter in Basel, or alternatively with the European marketing team in Hammersmith, your role is going to support the transition process towards a digital enabled future of the company that is already operating in more than 20 countries globally.

Your Career

As the Project Management Business Intelligence, you will be leading the business tracking activities by constantly analyzing the customer and distributor partner dataset. By creating reports on the touch points you will be able to provide suggestions to enhance relationships with both customers and distribution partners. You will also create insights on competitors’ strategy (competitive intelligence) by conducting market research and document existing knowledge of the marketplace. Core elements of the role include:

  • Provide ongoing reports to our management and leadership teams
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Support the customer and distributor partner strategy by identifying flaws
  • Identify Key Metrics (KPI) to inform manager on the current business trend
  • Evaluate points of improvement in the global organizational process between the company and customer/distribution partners
  • Compare performances of customer journey vs distribution partner journeys

Your Profile

The successful candidate is highly experienced in working with a team of digital experts, holds a university degree, gained professional experience in the digital area (startups, digital units, intrapreneurial), and is fluent in German and English. In line with our client’s values, you are an excellent fit if you combine the following traits:

  • Generate reports and reporting structures of consumer, distributor and competitor performance
  • Create insights and implementation recommendations based on these reportings
  • Understanding of customer and independent distributor partner processes
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and test-driven environments
  • Familiar with Microsoft BI and major databases for market research, competitive intelligence
  • Good organizational skills, internal and external partner coordination
  • Understanding of digital business models, digital transformation, digital strategy, technologies & marketing
